Hi! I’m Van, founder of worksmart Advantage and partner at True Cycle Coaching. In both my businesses I bring the tools of creative thinking to professional development.
My work naturally introduced me to hundreds of women in the workplace and I discovered that many of us face similar challenges as we try to navigate in a work environment that was not built for us. One that rewards masculine over feminine qualities. It is this awareness that led me to create these worksmart WOMEN programs - designed to get women to own our natural strengths to excel in the workplace!
I have a combined 20 years of experience in learning and development, and have ebbed and flowed between the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. I bring the skills and tools I gathered in those environments and share them with you in these programs. In addition, my programs address mindset - because without a shift in mindset, no tool will be effective. I also do my work through the lens of creativity. We are all creative. And by activating creativity in learning and training - we are tapping into ideas and solutions you never knew you had!
